RACHEL FELTENBERGER, MHSA, FACHE, FACMPE

Rachel specializes in multiple arenas within the healthcare industry to include, management, leadership, and all facets of human resource management. Prior to establishing CompassHR, she worked at St Luke’s Health Systems as a Senior Director over the Heart & Vascular Service Line.  She is passionate about supporting business owners and their teams since people are the most important asset of any organization.

Rachel earned a Masters in Health Services Leadership from Boise State University in 2010, a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Radiology. In addition, Rachel is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Also, she was the 2017 President of the Idaho Medical Group Management Association and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.  Rachel is originally from Boise, Idaho.
